Duties
• Analyze and understand blueprints, drawings, and sketches to ascertain requirements and set specifications.
• Using measurement instruments, create plans that adhere to building codes.
• Materials made of wood, wood replacements, lightweight steel, and other materials should be measured, cut, shaped, assembled, and joined.
• Lay subflooring, erect walls, and roof structures, install floor beams, and construct foundations.
• Install hardware, moldings, stairs, windows, and doors.
• Maintaining, repairing, and remodeling homes.
• Manage other employees.
