Main Duties:
Set up and operate rule processor (CNC) machine to cut, bend steel rule blades.
Fit and assembly with manual equipment the blades.
Insert by hammering the blades in the rotary form.
Set up, operate and maintain a variety of conventional and computer numerically controlled (CNC) machine tools to cut, turn, mill, plane, drill, bore, grind or otherwise shape workpiece to prescribed dimensions and finish.
Fit and assemble or disassemble parts using hand tools.
Test completed tools, dies, jigs or fixtures for proper operation.
Lay out, shape and assemble patterns of metal, wood, plastic and other materials from blueprints, models or templates.
Manufacture custom tooling for rotary cutting of paper and corrugated board.
Preparation of detailed drawings of designs from client files and specifications, review and revise drawings to meet project specifications and standards.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of work experience in the manufacture of rotary cutting die, specifically for the Mitshubishi Evol machine with inverted cutting and mechanical ejection
High School
Good organization and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to communicate orally and in writing in English.
The mastery of Spanish is not mandatory, but it is a plus.

Conditions:
Salary: 34.07$/hour
Number of hours per week: 40.00
Employment conditions: Full-time, permanent position
Vacation: 10 days per year with the remuneration of 4f the gross salary
