• Position: Beauty Shop Manager
• Terms of employment: Full-time, Permanent
• Wage: $33.00~$37.00/hour (depending on experience)
• Working Hours: 30-40 hours/week

Job Duties:
• Oversee daily operations of manicure, pedicure, and related beauty services
• Evaluate day-to-day staff performance and operations
• Develop and implement salon policies, procedures, and service standards
• Manage budgets, control expenses, and maintain inventory of products and supplies
• Handle client inquiries and resolve service issues efficiently
• Hire, train, schedule, and supervise salon staff
• Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities
Job Requirements:
• Experience: 3-5 years of related experience including supervisory experience is required
• Education: Completion of secondary school is required
• Language: English
