Permanent, Full-Time position. Salary: $ 36.50 Hourly, for 30 Hours per week. Anticipated Start Date: As soon as possible.
Seeking a qualified person who can understand and advise on staffing employment requirements, prepare advertisements meeting terms of the business needs, Post advertisement at specific job sites targeting specific groups, Collect application, Establish criteria and assign score, Prepare scoring spreadsheet and rank them, Select applicants that best fit the position and prepare job offer, Build partnership with the employment agencies, Review applicant qualification to assess eligibility of employment requirements, Create database of new graduates, Advise on employment policies, standards and guidelines, Prepare and maintain staff personal files, Prepare report for management and clients.
