Duties of the Staffing Coordinator include:
• Prepare and post job advertisements, screen applications, and shortlist candidates for positions required by the company.
• Provide information to applicants regarding job requirements, employment conditions, and company policies.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews, assisting in selecting suitable candidates.
• Prepare job offer letters and support the recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
• Communicate with employees about job responsibilities, shift schedules, and workplace expectations.
• Maintain employee records, including work schedules, attendance, and basic personnel files.
• Address routine employee concerns and assist in maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Ensure employees comply with workplace safety standards and assist with basic health and safety documentation as needed.
Requirements for the role:
• Completion of high school is required
• At least 3 year of experience in recruitment, human resources and staffing coordination.
• Proven experience in staff retention, maintaining recruitment documentation and employee records.
• Strong communication skills and ability to manage tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
