Staffing Coordinator Job

Permanent, Full-Time position. Salary: $ 36 hourly, for 30 Hours per week. Anticipated Start Date: 2025/01/04.

Seeking a qualified person who can understand and advise clients on staffing employment requirements as per Province and program, prepare advertisements meeting terms of the program and business needs, Post advertisement at specific job sites targeting specific groups, Collect application, Establish criteria and assign score, Select applicants that best fit the position, Prepare scoring spreadsheet and rank them, Build partnership with the employment agencies, Review applicant qualification to assess eligibility of licensing under employment requirements, Create database of new graduates and work with the educational institutes, Prepare report for management and clients.

Job requirements / skill sets:

Successful candidate must have completed a diploma or degree and relevant experience of 1 year to less than 2 years; self-motivated and work well in a team environment.
