The Staffing Coordinator at ANY Group of HR Services would report to the Office Manager, and shall be responsible for identifying current and prospective staffing requirements, collect and screen applicants, and contact potential applicants to arrange for interviews.

What will I be doing?
Specifically, the right candidate will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:
· Identify current and prospective staffing requirements
· Prepare and post notices and advertisements
· Collect and screen applicants
· Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment
· Review candidate inventories
· Contact potential applicants to arrange interviews
· Recruit graduates of colleges, universities and other educational institutions
· Notify applicants of results of selection process and prepare job offers
· Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures
· Recruit and hire staff
This provides a general overview of the role; however, actual duties and responsibilities will vary depending on business needs

· Ability to multi-task, prioritize and coordinate multiple projects with multiple individuals

Technical Skills
