Staff Attorney (Ref:1)

• Conduct routine legal research in immigration and removal defense matters.
• Draft forms, motions, and briefs with oversight from supervising attorneys.
• Observe and participate in immigrant removal hearings.
• Assist supervising attorneys with case strategies, preparation of case files, immigration applications, and supporting documents.
• Perform case management and day-to-day tasks on immigration matters.
• Prepare immigration applications using Cerenade.
• Submit monthly case progress reports to supervising attorneys for feedback and guidance.

Telecommuting permitted once a week.

License Requirement: Must be an active member of the State Bar of California

Minimum Education: Master of Laws (LLM).

Minimum Experience: Six (6) months. Six (6) months of experience must in-clude experience in legal research, case strategy, case management, and proficien-cy in Cerenade.

Pay Range: $105,477-$115,477 year
