Staff Accountant (Naperville, IL)

• Apply GAAP and auditing standards (GAAS) to analyze, prepare, and audit financial information, statements, and entries.
• Prepare federal, state, or local tax returns of individuals, business establishments or other organizations.
• Examine accounts and records and compute taxes owed according to prescribed rates, laws and regulations.
• Advise management with regard to the effects of business activities on taxes, and on strategies for minimizing individual and business tax liability.
• Ensure that companies comply with periodic tax payment, information reporting, and other taxing authority requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting;
- Two (2) years of experiences in bookkeeping and income tax returns preparation.
- Knowledge of income taxation, financial statement analysis, research methods, tax and auditing systems, and financial modeling.
- Proficient in finance and data analytics, and skills in using MS Excel, PowerPoint.
