Sr. VP Finance Job

Sr. VP Finance is needed to perform the following duties:

• Develop internal control policies, guidelines and procedures for budget administration, cash, credit management and accounting.
• Coordinate and direct financial planning, budgeting, and investment activities.
• Ensure financial statements are in compliance with accounting and auditing standards.
• Supervise management of funds, banking, treasury operations and payroll activities.
• Verify monthly income and cash flow statements.
• Estimate working capital requirements and cash flow projections.
• Develop/maintain relationships with banking, insurance and accounting personnel to facilitate financial activities.
• Coordinate with external auditors to prepare audited financial statements.
• Work with tax consultants in relation to tax planning and provide data to file annual tax return.
• Supervise and approve Gross to Net (GTN) data.
• Monitor the accuracy of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and inventory; and
• Coordinate with supply chain and contracts personnel to ensure inventory management and profitability.

Bachelor’s Degree is required in Finance or Accounting.
