Job Location: Tavant Technologies, Inc., 2805 North Dallas Pkwy, Suite 222, Plano TX 75093.
Job Duties:
Lead the management and coordination of all aspects of system integration of Tavant products or technical projects for a client from inception to installation. Work with sales team, systems architects, product development, and other members of cross-functional teams for successful implementation of project. Lead the overall delivery and implementation of new or enhanced Tavant products to customers. Perform project management, build road maps, and prepare and implement project plans, scopes, timelines & deliverables. Estimate, prioritize, and concurrently manage development, maintenance and enhancement of projects. Manage the maintenance of a project budget, schedule expenditures, analyze variances, and initiate corrective actions. Closely monitor the project plans, program risks, status reports and proactively escalate issues with multiple solutions to executive management for corrective actions. Estimate and allocate resources and manage and track the deliverables. Ensure that all projects are compliant with legal & software engineering processes.
