Sr. SQL DBA Job

Job Summary:
Experienced Sr. SQL DBA needed to manage and support business-critical SQL Server databases with focus on security, performance, backup/recovery, high availability, and Windows Server administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Install, upgrade, and maintain SQL Server 2022 or later
• Manage database security, auditing, backups, recovery, and disaster recovery
• Monitor performance, storage, health checks, and high-availability environments
• Perform TSQL tuning, ETL support, and troubleshooting
• Maintain Windows Servers, EC2 instances, clustering, and PowerShell-based administration
• Provide 24-hour support as needed
Required Skills and Certification:
• 4+ years of SQL Database Administration experience
• Experience with SQL Server 2016 or later
• 3+ years of Windows Server Administration experience
• Strong skills in backup/recovery, security, HA, DR, TSQL, and ETL
• Certifications required
Preferred Skills and Certification:
• Experience with GenTax application architecture and maintenance
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, Active Directory, firewall administration, and security standards
• Strong communication skills
