Sr. Software Engineer
Revoint LLC is seeking Sr. Software Engineer to
• Perform all aspects of requirements management - elicitation, analysis, specification, and validation to build a custom software solution
• Conduct JAD sessions to elicit requirements, design - IS-AS and TO-BE business process diagrams, user flows and workflows, UML diagrams and system context diagrams etc., to ensure that the proposed solutions align with the organization's overall architecture and standards
• Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization; Design and implement solutions to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency
• Convert elicitation outputs into detailed specifications that include business use cases, business rules, validations, data field needs and acceptance criteria
• Create Business Requirements Documents incorporating these artifacts with project scope, business goals, constraints, dependencies, business requirements, Requirement Traceability Matrix, metrics to measure success
• Maintain a requirements traceability matrix (RTM) to track the relationship between requirements, design elements, test cases, and other project artifacts
• Gap Analysis to identify enhancements for the existing database management system
Require
• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a closely related field; and
• Skills including: SQL Server DB, SQL, MySQL, SSMS, Guidewire Policy Center, Figma, Web Services, AWS, Python, Spark, Salesforce Cloud, and Power BI.
The position requires frequent relocation to client sites at various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.
Fulltime, 40 hours/week.
