Job Description:
• Manage the entire production process to ensure products meet quality, cost, and schedule requirements.
• Develop or implement production tracking or quality control systems, analyzing production, quality control to detect production problems.
• Review processing schedules and production orders to make decision concerning inventory requirements, staff requirement, and work procedures.
• Maintain records to demonstrate compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Hire, train, evaluate or discharge staff or resolve personnel grievances.
• Manage production budgets, inventory level, and raw material procurement.
