Sr. Production Engineer Job

I. Job Duties

- Operate and oversee NMP production systems, including reactors, distillation units, pumps, and tanks.
- Monitor and analyze process variables, including temperature, pressure, and flow rate, during production.
- Troubleshoot chemical manufacturing processes and implement corrective actions for equipment and process issues.
- Evaluate chemical processes and equipment to improve efficiency, yield, and operational performance.
- Conduct quality control checks and coordinate laboratory testing to ensure product specifications are met.
- Develop and implement safety procedures and ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and plant safety standards.
- Prepare and maintain production data, including batch records, process logs, and performance reports.
- Direct and train production personnel and coordinate plant operations, including control room activities, etc.

II. Min. Education Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering field.

III. Min. Experience Requirement
Two (2) years of work experience in production or engineering role.
