Sr. Principal Consultant Job

Sr. Principal Consultant is needed to perform the following duties :

• Understand the Supply Chain Management processes such as Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Plan to Make, Inventory Management, Advanced Supply Chain Planning and Quality.
• Work on gathering new requirements pertaining to Order management and Manufacturing process capabilities of Oracle ERP by conducting POCs (proof of concept) and help client in deciding the features and functionalities of Oracle ERP.
• Conduct CRP (conference room pilot) sessions to showcase the Oracle ERP Supply Chain Management as how Oracle ERP can fit to business requirements of the end client.
• Perform the fit/gap analysis of the business requirements then design and configure Oracle Supply Chain Management as per business requirements and desires.
• Utilize industry and engineering science knowledge to understand clients’Supply Chain Mangement processes to deliver an Oracle SCM solution that helps clients achieve productivity and efficiency in their manufacturing plants.
• Developing reusable configurations and functionalities.Design and Deploy Oracle Suply Chain solutions for inbound and outbound shipments and global warehouse networks
• Solid understanding of Supply chain Management processes which includes Manufacturing processes. Propose industry specific best practices and fit the business processes into the Oracle ERP Supply Chain Management (SCM) solution. Manage changes to avoid scope creep.
• Work with cross-functional teams including developers, testers, and business users, end user training on Oracle SCM modules
• Design and Develop integration applications to integrate Oracle ERP modules with trading partners cloud applications including customization of some of the Oracle ERP standard forms, interfaces and API’s;Develop new reporting applications using Oracle
• Building Use-Case documents, High Level design and low-level design documents, System configuration documents, System Integration Strategies, Business Solutions Proposal.
• Indentify and design reporting requirements of clients under Oracle SCM area , Implement and create user manuals as per Oracle Implementation methodology
• Critical functional Production Issues Resolution: Root Cause Analysis, Strong Troubleshooting Techniques, Collaboration with various technical teams, Strong Understanding of business flows and integrated up stream & downstream.
• Suppport data migration, testing, and go-live activities in Oracle ERP systems

Bachelor’s degree is required in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Computer Information Systems or education + experience which is equivalent to Bachelor’s degree is required in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or Computer Information Systems
