Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (e.g., B.A.) from a four-year college or university; or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Minimum of 8 years of professional programming experience, with at least three years in development.
Previous experience designing and developing client/server solutions.
Minimum of 8 years of professional software development experience hand-coding and building application logic using AI-assisted engineering tools (specifically GitHub Copilot or VS Code AI Extensions) and/or programmatically developing enterprise application features with AWS Bedrock and Anthropic Claude.
Strong proficiency in MS Visual Studio, .NET Core, .NET Framework, C# (C Sharp), Entity Framework, T-SQL Programming, JavaScript, Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), ASP.NET, MVC Pattern, REST principles, Dependency Injection, ADO.NET, Unit Testing, Complex XML Schema Definitions, Azure DevOps, and/or TFS.
Solid understanding of Application Security (OWASP Top 10), Database principles, and the Software Development Life-Cycle (SDLC).
Demonstrated ability to hand-code application logic while leveraging AI-assisted environments (GitHub Copilot, VS Code AI extensions) and programmatically developing application integrations with AWS Bedrock and Anthropic Claude.
DevOps experience.
Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
Strong proficiency in developing and writing technical documentation.
Strong mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and averages.
Proficient in the use of a PC in a Windows environment; the Internet; MS Office Applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); and Google Suite applications (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Drive).
