Senior Maintenance Technician – Injection Molding

We are seeking an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to ensure optimal performance and uptime of injection molding machines and plant equipment. This role involves troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems, supporting production activities, and leading junior technicians.

Requirements:

3–7+ years of maintenance experience in manufacturing
Strong knowledge of injection molding equipment (preferred)
Troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills
Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering Technology or related field
Millwright/Electrician certification (asset)

Work Environment:
Fast-paced, shift-based manufacturing setting (days/evenings/nights).
