Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Java applications using the Spring Framework.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and develop effective solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Java and Python.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and deployment.
• Troubleshoot and debug application issues to enhance system performance and usability.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends to align with best practices.

Required and Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven experience developing applications using Java and the Spring Framework.
• Proficiency in Python and other relevant programming languages.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.
• Experience with Agile methodologies is preferred.
• Familiarity with industry-standard tools for version control, testing, and deployment.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development is required.
