Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced Sr. Human Resources Transformation Consultant to lead client engagements that intentionally embed AI, automation, and data-driven approaches to accelerate business value, optimize decision-making, and modernize HR operations.
In this role, you will build and expand relationships with mid-to-large client organizations, drive business development, and lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale HR transformation projects. You will serve as a trusted advisor and local market authority on the future of AI-native HR functions, combining operating model design, digital employee experience, process redesign, and technology enablement to deliver measurable client outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Relationship Management
Generate revenue by cultivating new client relationships and expanding engagements with mid-to-large organizations.
Lead executive conversations on leveraging AI and digital automation to unlock value across the entire employee lifecycle.
Architect comprehensive solution proposals integrating HR strategy, technology, and AI capabilities; negotiate project scope, and execute contracts.
Market Representation & Thought Leadership
Serve as a local market representative, advancing expertise across HR strategy, operating model design, digital employee experience, and process redesign.
Contribute to the development of thought leadership, innovative methodologies, and go-to-market collateral integrating AI-driven HR solutions.
Collaborate across internal practices and sister business units to leverage firm-wide capabilities and deliver integrated solutions.
End-to-End Client Engagement Delivery
Direct the delivery team on complex HR transformation engagements, holding ultimate responsibility for deliverable quality and strategic value.
Manage project economics, ensuring initiatives stay within scope, on schedule, and on budget.
Mentor, guide, and develop junior consultants in modern HR practices, analytics, and AI adoption.
Required Qualifications & Experience
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, HR Management, Organizational Psychology, or a related field (Advanced degree preferred).
Consulting Experience: Minimum 8 years of external management consulting experience delivering HR transformation projects for mid-to-large organizations.
Program Management: Minimum 10 years of experience managing large-scale, multi-stream programs and complex client engagements.
Core HR Domain Expertise: Broad understanding across the employee lifecycle (recruiting, talent management, rewards, performance, learning) with deep expertise in at least three of the following:
AI-enablement & Generative AI integration
HR strategy & HR operating model design
HR technology evaluation & implementation
Organizational effectiveness & process redesign
Digital employee experience design
Technical & AI Competencies
HR Platforms: Hands-on experience with core HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and specialized HR technology stack tools across talent, payroll, and learning.
Service Delivery Systems: Direct experience with enterprise HR service platforms (e.g., ServiceNow) for case, knowledge, and document management.
Automation & AI Technologies: Proven experience implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA), conversational AI/chatbots, and predictive analytics in HR environments.
Generative AI / LLMs: Practical expertise in use-case identification, prompt engineering/design, vendor assessment, data security requirements, model validation, and safe deployment practices.
