Required Skills:

15+ years of software engineering experience with strong expertise in front-end architecture.
Expert-level proficiency in React, TypeScript, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
Strong experience with Vite, Webpack, Babel, SWC, and modern build tools.
Expertise in responsive web design, CSS architecture, theming, and scalable styling solutions.
Strong experience with GraphQL and REST API integration.
Advanced knowledge of Jest/Vitest, React Testing Library, Playwright, and/or Cypress.
Deep understanding of WCAG, ARIA, accessibility standards, and usability best practices.
Expertise in performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, SSR/CSR strategies, and client-side observability.
Strong knowledge of web security, including XSS, CSRF, secure authentication, and session management.
Experience with client-side logging, monitoring, and production debugging.
Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar AI coding assistants.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with enterprise design systems and component libraries.
Knowledge of OIDC authentication and modern identity platforms.
Experience leading large-scale enterprise front-end modernization initiatives.
Strong leadership, mentoring, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
