Job Description:
Angstrom Electric, LLC is seeking Sr. Financial Analyst to
1. Identify financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts. Provide trends and forecasts, monitor variances, recommend actions.
2. Determine the cost of operations by establishing standard costs, collecting operational data. Review standard and actual costs for inaccuracies. Report on periodic variances and their causes.
3. Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data. Perform Margin Analysis and PPV analysis.
4. Work closely with manufacturing, Program Manager and Sales to understand cost issues and how they impact the financial results as well as educate/inform department(s) on cost drivers and variances.
5. Interact with Production Control to ensure Bills of Materials (BOM) are accurate and up to date. Review and audit BOM's to ensure they reflect the latest manufacturing practices.
6. Coordinate physical inventory counts and cycle counts. Investigate cycle counting variances and resolve issues.
7. Support Controller's efforts for implementing and maintaining internal controls for operations, sales, engineering and finance.
8. Support month-end close and special projects as requested.

Job Requirements:
Require:
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a closely related field; and
• Skills including financial analysis, variance analysis, financial processes, cost management, and Microsoft Excel.
Full time, 40 hours per week.
