Senior EHS Specialist
Position available in Adairsville, GA

Job Duties
• Lead inspections and evaluations of LX Hausys manufacturing facilities and equipment to ensure full compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company EHS standards.
• Oversee collection and analysis of air, water, and soil samples from production areas to assess emissions, pollutants, and environmental performance.
• Develop, implement, and improve environmental and safety programs for stormwater, air quality, and hazardous-waste management.
• Direct investigations of incidents, analyze trend data, and recommend preventive and corrective actions to strengthen workplace safety systems.
• Perform advanced hygiene assessments of noise, ventilation, and chemical exposure to protect employee health and regulatory compliance.
• Design and deliver EHS training, providing expert technical guidance to production and maintenance personnel to promote a strong safety culture.
• Prepare, review, and maintain permits, inspection logs, and compliance reports required by federal, state, and local authorities.
• Collaborate with engineering and R&D leadership to drive sustainability initiatives and reduce environmental and process-related risks, etc.

Education Requirement:
• Master’s degree in Public Health, Chemical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
