Job Description:
Design and implement highly scalable and secure cloud infrastructure software solutions using AWS services; Build the next generation platforms using EKS and Docker and migrate services to the new platform; Analyze and develop a complex software engineering infrastructure, hosted in AWS. Build, test, and release code to white-label shopping malls; Ensure that systems are built with reliability, scalability, and observability in mind. Develop software release strategies and methods to ensure the availability, performance, and security of production and non-production environments; Participate in on-call debug rotation, ensuring uptime and performance are well within SLA parameters; Support CI/CD pipelines for the platform; Maintain and improve the security posture of our software infrastructure by implementing best practices and industry standard.
Minimum Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Five (5) years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps.
• Alternative Education and Experience Requirements: Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, and three (3) years of experience in cloud infrastructure and DevOps.
• Specific Skills: This position also requires education or experience in: Hosting applications in AWS Cloud Infrastructure; Developing distributed, high-performance, public-facing applications; Deploying and monitoring containerized applications using Kubernetes and EKS; Container registries; Terraform and Packer; CI/CD and automation, including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Argo CD, or Rundeck; and Security & Compliance including SecDevOps processes, access controls, and encryption standards.
Pay Range and Benefits Information: The base salary for this role is between $178,131 - $198,131 per year. Individual compensation will vary based on job-related factors, including the skills, qualifications, and experience of the successful candidate. The successful applicant for this role will be eligible for discretionary bonus, health, vision, dental insurance, 401k matching, PTO, Volunteer Time Off (VTO), and other employee benefits as the company implements.
