Position Title: Sr. Consultant

Location: 125 E. John W Carpenter Freeway, Suite 1100, Irving, TX 75062

Position Responsibilities: Conduct complex software development tasks, for Offer/Order Solution Consulting to airline customers. Recommend best practice business rule utilization-based analysis of customer software and business requirements, and key performance indicators. Ensure best practice solutions and share updates with customers demonstrating industry best practice based on data analysis, customer requirements and specific business challenges. Provide value proposition workshops to demonstrate Offer/Order business cases. Provide airlines with deep cross functional knowledge about Offer/Order software products and services, including Offer/Order related products such as Reservations, Ticketing, Departure Control etc. Create, validate, and analyze customer dashboards, data, and reports to find relevant customer software improvements and impacts. Work in parallel with implementation teams to establish software product knowledge and support long term relationship between airlines and Amadeus by understanding customer business drivers and other requirements. Anticipate changes in business processes within airline, and work to minimize gaps in technology. Work as needed with Implementation teams, Product Marketing and Product Management teams to verify product upgrade gap analysis and propose solutions to internal and external stakeholders. Lead the creation, testing and implementation of business rule analysis and help customers improve their business rules.

Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, PLUS five (5) years of experience in the job offered or a related position. Experience must include demonstrable knowledge of: Power BI; Qlik; SQL; Airline Pricing; Airline Revenue Integrity; Airline Revenue Management; Microsoft Excel; Microsoft PowerPoint; Microsoft Azure; Python; C++, and; Java. Alternatively, will accept Master’s degree PLUS two (2) years of described experience. Multiple positions available. Travel to unanticipated client locations approximately 30%, as required.
