Sr Business Process Analyst Job

Primary/secondary IT point of contact relating to SAP and other system functions supporting Trade Promotion planning, optimization & execution, Claims Management, Customer Relationship Management, Consumer Interaction Services and related Analytics. Analyze, troubleshoot & resolve system issues related to business system processes, setup & data. Monitor and handle the integration between SAP CRM/TPM and other SAP and non-SAP applications. Collaborate with the Business Process Manager to design, configure, test & deploy solutions that effectively fulfil business requirements. Keep up to date with latest trends and solutions in these areas to further enhance and improve our solution portfolio. Participate in implementation projects, upgrades & enhancements. Assist in ensuring that processes and operations comply with corporate policy, IT policy and SOX General Computer Controls.

Minimum Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field
Experience: Five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a position involving SAP business analysis or a related field.
Skills: SAP Trade Claims Management, SAP Trade Funds Management, SAP Trade Promotions Management, SAP OTC, SAP BW.
