What We’re Looking For 7+ years of hands-on Back-End experience Strong in Node.js, Express.js, and TypeScript – absolutely
must-have Experience with Java (30%) for microservices
Strong database design and performance tuning
Proven Messaging background – Kafka / RabbitMQ
No Frontend experience needed
W2 Contract only (1099) Remote/Hybrid options available
