Sports Program Manager Job

Sports Program Manager is needed to perform the following duties:

• Oversee day-to-day business operations for high-profile youth sports programs, including NBA-player-featured camps, clinics, and competitive teams.
• Manage cross-functional teams across marketing, logistics, coaching, and administration.
• Lead national event operations in NBA, NFL, MLS, and NCAA stadiums.
• Optimize workflows using enterprise tools (e.g., Playbook).
• Direct financial operations including budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop and execute business strategies to expand program reach.
• Supervise seasonal hiring and personnel training.
• Negotiate partnerships with athletes, venues, sponsors.
• Implement risk management protocols across program locations.
• Drive marketing campaigns and outreach partnerships.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity.
• Ensure excellence through SOPs and performance audits.
• Manage scheduling and planning for over 100 teams.
• Interface with leadership and stakeholders to communicate progress.
• Oversee procurement and equipment inventory.
• Facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.
• Lead strategic planning for growth in revenue and operations.

Bachelor Degree is required in Management and Leadership or Business Management or Sports Management or Sports Science
