Responsibilities
Tasks
Training & Development:
- Design and implement training programs tailored to racquet sports, with a focus on badminton.
- Provide technical and tactical expertise to improve player performance.
- Develop structured coaching frameworks for different skill levels, from grassroots to elite athletes.
Athlete Performance & Talent Identification
- Identify and nurture emerging talent through scouting programs.
- Offer performance analysis and individualized training plans for players.
- Utilize data analytics and video analysis to refine athlete strategies.
Program & Operations Management
- Advise clubs and academies on structuring and optimizing training schedules.
- Assist in developing competition calendars and athlete progression pathways.
- Support sports organizations in achieving high-performance goals.
Coaching & Staff Development:
- Conduct workshops and certification programs for coaches.
- Mentor coaches and support staff on modern training techniques and methodologies.
- Implement best practices in sports science and injury prevention.
Sports Business & Strategy Consulting
- Provide insights into sponsorship, marketing, and branding for racquet sports programs.
- Assist in the development of high-performance academies and training centers.
- Guide organizations on facility planning and resource optimization.
Stakeholder Engagement & Representation
- Collaborate with national and international sports bodies, sponsors, and partners.
- Represent organizations at industry events, conferences, and media engagements.
- Promote badminton and racquet sports through community engagement initiatives.
