Job Duties:
Record weather information and other data
Schedule the use of golf course, short game and assist Golf Instructors to book lessons.
Clean and maintain recreational facilities
Handle emergency situations
Opening or Closing procedures are done each day to set up and close Golf Facility
Answer Phone calls
Front Counter Customer Service
Selling Range tokens and golf passes.
Daily tidying and easy Cleaning of facility.
Cash & Interact transactions throughout each shift.

Education: Some secondary education is required
Experience: Experience is an asset. On-the-job training will be provided.
Work conditions and Physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment, Work under pressure, Attention to detail, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Physically demanding
Personal suitability: Initiative, Flexibility, Reliability, Client focus, Efficient interpersonal skills, Team player, Organized, Judgement, Excellent oral communication
Work Site Environment: Indoor receptions, Outdoors, Hot, Cold
Work setting: Driving Range and Golf Course
Language: English is required.
Salary: $18.00 hourly, 37.5 hours per week
Benefits: Uniforms provided by employer. Transportation cost covered if worker needs to relocate. Free Golf and Range Practice is provided.
Important Information: Flexibility on schedule is required. Work schedule is 5 days per week, on a rotational basis, from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm. or from 1:00 pm to 9:00 am. Work on weekends and holidays will be required.
