As a multicultural gospel radio ministry, Omega Radio is dedicated to spreading the Word of God locally and globally through radio, digital platforms, and community engagement. In this role, you will connect businesses and organizations with powerful advertising opportunities that inspire, uplift, and deliver real results.

Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and networking within assigned territories.
Manage a designated territory by developing strategic plans to maximize sales potential and customer engagement.
Conduct compelling product demonstrations and technical sales presentations to showcase value propositions tailored to client needs.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through effective account management, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals efficiently while maintaining profitability.
Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track prospects, manage pipeline activities, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support territory growth and brand awareness.
Experience
Proven success in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong management skills with experience in territory management, account management, and lead generation strategies.
Familiarity with CRM software like Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships and sales processes.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to foster trust and close deals effectively.
Ability to perform product demos, analyze market trends, and identify upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
Experience in retail sales or inside sales is advantageous but not essential; a passion for direct sales is key.
