This opportunity is ideal for independent contractors who already operate their own cleaning business or are looking to expand their current service offerings through contract-based work. Projects may vary in size and frequency depending on client needs and service area demand.
Services Include:
Kitchen hood cleaning
Dog park and turf sanitization
Parking garage deep cleaning
Pressure washing and surface degreasing
Odor removal and sanitation treatments
High-detail commercial cleaning services
What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for subcontractors who are:
Professional and dependable
Experienced in commercial or industrial cleaning
Able to work independently or with a crew
Detail-oriented with strong work ethic
Comfortable working overnight or flexible schedules when needed
Equipped with reliable transportation
Able to communicate effectively with management and clients
Licensed and insured (preferred but not always required depending on scope of work)
Preferred Experience:
Experience in one or more of the following is strongly preferred:
Restaurant kitchen hood and exhaust cleaning
Turf sanitation and pet waste management
Parking structure pressure washing and degreasing
Commercial floor or surface restoration
Industrial equipment cleaning
Power washing equipment operation
Compensation:
Competitive contract-based pay
Percentage-based payout per completed project
Opportunity for recurring contracts and long-term partnership
Flexible scheduling based on project availability
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Smartphone for scheduling and communication
Ability to lift equipment and work in physically demanding environments
Must maintain professional appearance and conduct on job sites
