Key Responsibilities:
• Resolve IT incidents and service desk tickets
• Install, image, and configure computers and software
• Support printers, scanners, and other peripherals
• Migrate user data and profiles during device replacement
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Maintain support documentation and procedures
• Coordinate with support, application, and network teams
Required Skills and Certification:
• 7+ years in desktop support, hardware, software, and networking
• 7+ years installing and imaging computers
• 7+ years supporting printers and peripherals
• 7+ years migrating data and user profiles
• 7+ years documenting support processes
• 7+ years’ experience with ServiceNow
Preferred Skills and Certification:
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Team leadership and troubleshooting ability
• Knowledge of IT security and support standards
Scheduling:
• On-site
• Travel required
• Location: Raleigh, NC
