2104918 Ontario Corp O/A Silver Salon has immediate opening for a Spa Supervisor (TEER 2: 62029) at our location at 8975 Chinguacousy Rd, Brampton, Ontario, L6Y 0B7
As for a Spa Supervisor (TEER 2: 62029) you will perform some or all the following duties:

• Coordinate, assign and review the work of Salon workers, commissionaires, workers not elsewhere classified;
• Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities with other work units or departments;
• Maintains good relationships with colleagues and contributes to team spirit;
• Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports;
• Interacts with other departments to provide additional or specialized guest services;
• At the end of each shift, generates needed sales reports as per audit/accounting requirements;
• Assist in the implementation of 12-month public relations program, calendar of events, media;
• Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies;
• Requisition supplies and materials;
• Monitor general quality of work;
• Provide feedback on staff performance to Director;
• Document pertinent information in the departmental logbook and/or guest incident action forms;
• May perform the same duties as workers supervised.

Qualifications:
• Completion of secondary school is usually required.
• Completion of college courses related to the area supervised may be required.
• Experience in the occupation supervised is usually required.
Terms of employment: Permanent, Full time (32-36 hours/week)
Compensation: 34.50 / Per Hour
