 Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily spa operations, including staff scheduling and workflow management
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure smooth operations
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
- Assist clients/guests with special needs and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Resolve work-related problems and handle emergency situations as needed
- Monitor and ensure the quality of services provided to maintain client satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and spa protocols
- Oversee the cleaning and maintenance of specialty and difficult items
- Hire, train, and mentor staff members in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Provide guidance and support to enhance staff performance
- Monitor and manage inventory levels of spa products and supplies
- Arrange for maintenance and repair work of spa equipment

 Languages: English
 Education: Academic: Secondary school graduation certificate required
 Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
