? Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily work of spa staff, ensuring all areas of the spa, including
treatment rooms, waiting areas, and restrooms, are maintained to the highest cleanliness and
organizational standards
- Oversee client service delivery and ensure that staff greet clients warmly, attend to their needs, and
provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Coordinate support for clients and guests with special needs, ensuring appropriate
accommodations are provided by spa staff
- Monitor the quality of spa services and tasks specific to the establishment, and provide ongoing
guidance to uphold Top Tier Massage’s service standards, including deep tissue, trigger point, and
facial massage
- Manage inventory levels of spa products and supplies, place restocking orders, and coordinate with
suppliers to ensure adequate stock is maintained at all times
- Ensure all spa equipment is properly used, cleaned, and maintained by staff, and arrange for repair
or replacement as needed
- Enforce health and safety regulations and spa protocols to maintain a safe and pleasant
environment for both clients and staff
- Oversee the preparation of treatment rooms and ensure necessary equipment and products are set
up prior to client appointments
- Manage appointment scheduling and monitor the flow of clients through the spa to ensure smooth
and efficient daily operations
- Assign and review staff tasks, prepare operational reports, and coordinate activities with
management to support the overall operation of the spa

? Education: Academic: Secondary school graduation certificate required

? Experience: 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
