Conditions:
 Position: Spa Salon Manager (NOC 60040)
 Full-Time, permanent position, 30 hrs/week
 Able to work on weekends and holidays according to the work schedule
 Hourly Wage: $37.51 /hour
 Vacation: 10 days paid vacation per year or 4% gross salary
 Benefits: tips and discounts for bueaty products and supplies

Requirements:
 Completion of secondary school
 Minimum 5 years of experience in this position or related field

Job Duties:
 Manage and co-ordinate activities of staffs and assign staffs to daily job duties
 Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of spa and nail salon, customer service
 Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
 Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
 Hire, train and supervise staff
 Address customers' complaints or concerns
 Manage inventory process
 Plan and control budget and inventory
