• Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate the operations of an establishment providing services such as perform manicures and pedicures, including nail shaping, cuticle care, and application of polish, provide nail enhancements such as gel, acrylic, and nail art.
• Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff.
• Plan and control budget and inventory.
• Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems.
• Manage contracts for advertising and marketing strategies.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff.
• Take care of scheduling.
• Manage financial aspects of the salon, including budgeting, payroll, and expense management.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
