Spa Manager Job

Keep in Touch Thai Massage and Spa is seeking a Spa Manager to join the team at their Kamloops location.

Permanent, full-time; $37.00 per hour; 30-40 hours per week, between the hours of 10AM and 8PM daily.

Duties:
• Overall management of the spa, includes plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations;
• Manage and complete budget and inventory;
• Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies;
• Hire and evaluate new staff ensuring the job requirements are met;
• Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies;
• Establish work schedules;
• Plan advertising and marketing strategies;
• Monitor and update the company’s website and social media accounts;
• Respond to service inquiries and resolve customer complaints.

Requirements:
• Completion of a college program in Business Administration or Management or other related field is required;
• One to three years of previous health and wellness industry experience is required;
• Expertise with social media platforms is an asset;
• English language ability required.
