Job duties:
 Daily operations and related financial duties.
 Overseeing customer appointments and ensuring all services and treatments meet high
standards.
 Establish or implement policies and procedures for staff
 Plan and control budget and inventory
 Respond to inquiries or complaints and resolve problems
 Manage contracts for advertising or marketing strategies
 Performing spa treatments, massages, facials and wellness therapies
 Hire, train and supervise staff.
 Assuring compliance with any applicable health, safety, or hygiene standards by monitoring
operations

Minimum education:
 High School is required
 A college diploma or vocational certificate in a related field would be an asset

Experience:
 Minimum 1 year experience in the spa, wellness or beauty industry is usually required.
