Now Hiring: Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef
Location: Shrewsbury, MA

Wok and Flame is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager to lead our kitchen team and oversee daily operations in a busy fast-casual restaurant. This role is responsible for ensuring food quality, maintaining efficient systems and developing a strong kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead kitchen operations during busy service periods
• Manage food prep, cooking standards and plating consistency
• Monitor inventory, ordering and food cost control
• Train and mentor kitchen staff on operational procedures
• Maintain sanitation and food safety compliance

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in restaurant kitchens or kitchen management
• Experience supervising cooks and kitchen staff
• Knowledge of food safety standards and inventory systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
