Job duties
Participate in the procurement process to guarantee that every purchasing decision is economical and aligned with standards.
Oversee and nurture relationships with current suppliers to ensure ongoing collaboration.
Working closely with suppliers to resolve any issues timely.
Organize delivery schedules, track order progress, and keep inventory at optimal levels.
Utilize the restaurant's conditions to reduce costs, find new suppliers, shorten lead times, and ensure reliable supply.
Monitor market trends and assess supply risks, thereby identifying chances for quality improvements and cost reductions.
Carefully review and negotiate supplier quotes, placing emphasis on competitive pricing and favorable terms.
Negotiate contracts and secure the best terms for our restaurant.

Completion of secondary school is required.
A college diploma in logistics or related field is preferred.
Working experience in supply chain or in a similar role is required.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Great communication and time management skills.
Excellent negotiating, analytical and interpersonal skills.
