Work hours: Monday-Friday, 35 hours/week
Wage: $26.00/hour
Work Location: 27 Airport Heights Dr, St. John's, NL A1A 4W8

Vacation: 2 weeks of paid vacation per annum or remuneration of 4% gross salary
Job responsibility
1. Engage in purchasing activities to support cost-effective procurement.
2. Leverage the company’s purchasing capacity to optimize expenses, source alternative vendors, reduce delivery timelines, and guarantee a steady supply chain.
3. Analyze risks, conduct market research, and explore cost-saving opportunities while assessing supplier performance and market trends.
4. Coordinate delivery timelines, track inventory levels, and work with suppliers and clients to promptly resolve any operational concerns.
5. Foster strong partnerships with existing suppliers and ensure effective communication to maintain collaboration.
6. Assess supplier proposals, negotiate pricing structures, and finalize terms to secure competitive agreements.
7. Review contracts thoroughly and renegotiate as needed to achieve advantageous terms for the organization.
