Work hours: Monday-Friday, 30 hours/week

Job duties
1. Manage and nurture relationships with current food and beverage vendors, and communicate proactively with them to resolve any issue.
2. Leverage the restaurant's purchasing power to negotiate lower prices, source new suppliers for fresh ingredients, reduce lead times, and secure a reliable supply chain.
3. Assess market risks by analyzing seasonal forecasts to identify opportunities for cost reduction and improvement.
4. Participate in procurement activities to ensure that all purchasing decisions are both cost-effective and aligned with the restaurant’s culinary standards.
5. Coordinate delivery schedules, monitor inventory levels, and ensure consistent quality and timely deliveries.
6. Evaluate and negotiate supplier quotes with a focus on achieving the best pricing and quality for essential ingredients.
7. Review and finalize vendor contracts to secure favorable terms.
