Work hours: Monday-Friday, 30 hours/week

Vacation: 2 weeks of paid vacation per annum or remuneration of 4% basic salary
Job duties
Determine the restaurant's purchasing needs and develop appropriate procurement plans.
Purchase daily restaurant essentials, including ingredients, packaging materials, and basic equipment, ensuring adequate inventory.
Evaluate supplier reliability, pricing, and quality to ensure a steady supply of ingredients and materials.
Research market price trends to support purchasing decisions.
Identify cost-saving opportunities, such as finding better-priced suppliers or bulk purchase discounts.
Negotiate prices, order quantities, and payment terms with suppliers, comparing different quotes.
Arrange and track delivery schedules to ensure timely arrival of ingredients and supplies, resolving any delivery issues with suppliers.
Maintain and develop good relationships with existing and potential suppliers for long-term cooperation.
Handle purchasing-related inquiries from suppliers and internal staff.
Oversee the purchasing process to ensure all items meet the restaurant’s quality and hygiene standards.
