We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to strengthen our international supply chain by procuring critical raw materials, specialized equipment, and business services to support our R&D and production operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Purchase general and specialized equipment, raw materials, and business services required for Nova Graphene’s operations and further processing.
• Assess company requirements and collaborate with internal teams to develop detailed specifications for materials, equipment, and supplies.
• Invite tenders, consult with suppliers, review quotations, and recommend contract awards.
• Negotiate and establish contract terms and conditions with domestic and international suppliers.
• Oversee delivery logistics, develop schedules, track shipments, and resolve any supplier or client issues.
• Monitor supplier performance, review claims, and ensure compliance with quality, cost, and timeline expectations.
• Prepare and review procurement reports, contribute to strategic sourcing plans, and adjust purchasing budgets as needed.
• Manage supplier relationships and maintain long-term partnerships for cost-effective and reliable supply.
• May supervise and train purchasing assistants or clerks as the team expands.

Job Requirements:
• University degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, or related discipline.
• 3–5 years’ professional experience in international sourcing or purchasing, preferably involving raw materials and specialized equipment.
• Strong experience in RFQ processes, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
• Demonstrated skills in logistics coordination, inventory management, and budget planning.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work across cultures and regions.
• Familiarity with advanced materials, manufacturing, or chemical supply chains is an asset.
• Able to work under pressure to produce results

• Ability to travel internationally (e.g. Asia, etc.)
Police Clearance Certificate required
