Job Summary
Seeking a highly experienced, hands-on Solution Architect Lead to serve as the technical design authority. This role will lead architecture, security, AI engineering, release management, and platform optimization across Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure in a regulated government cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Own end-to-end solution architecture, including data models, Dataverse design, integrations, environment strategy, and technical standards
• Provide hands-on development and platform leadership across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, C#/.NET plug-ins, custom APIs, PCF controls, JavaScript/TypeScript, and Power Fx
• Lead cross-cloud architecture between GCC and commercial Azure environments, including identity, security, and data boundary controls
• Drive AI and agentic solution development using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Copilot Studio
• Own security architecture, compliance, secure SDLC, risk remediation, and audit readiness aligned with NIST, FISMA, FedRAMP, HIPAA, and CCWIS requirements
• Lead release planning, DevOps maturity, performance optimization, technical roadmaps, and platform upgrade readiness
• Serve as the principal technical liaison to executive leadership, OCTO, Microsoft, federal partners, and vendors
Required Skills and Certification
• Strong hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Platform, and Azure architecture
• Proven background in D365 implementations, Power Platform ALM, CI/CD, cross-cloud architecture, and regulated environment security
• Experience with Generative AI, RAG, agent orchestration, and AI evaluation methodologies
• Strong knowledge of C#/.NET, custom APIs, PCF controls, Power Fx, JavaScript/TypeScript
• Required certifications: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600), Azure Solutions Architect Expert (AZ-305), Dynamics 365 Customer Service (MB-230)
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or related field
Preferred Skills and Certification
• Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400), Azure AI Engineer Associate (AI-102), Azure Security Engineer Associate (AZ-500), Cybersecurity Architect Expert (SC-100), TOGAF, CISSP/CCSP, Fabric Analytics Engineer (DP-600) or Azure Data Engineer (DP-203)
• Experience in child welfare, Medicaid, eligibility, or public-sector systems
• Experience with Power Pages, federal reporting, data engineering, and mentoring government staff
