Software tester Job

Analyze business requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to define test scope, test strategy, and acceptance criteria for software releases.
-Develop, maintain, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web, mobile, and API-based applications.
-Perform functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory testing to validate new features, bug fixes, and configuration changes.
-Conduct integration testing to verify data flow and interoperability between applications, services, databases, and third-party systems.
-Document, reproduce, and track defects with clear steps, logs, screenshots, and severity/priority recommendations using issue-tracking tools.
-Collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to triage issues, clarify expected behaviour, and confirm root-cause fixes before release.
-Validate non-functional requirements, including usability, accessibility, and basic performance checks, and escalate risks impacting quality or delivery.
-Execute test data preparation activities, including creating, masking, and maintaining datasets to support repeatable testing scenarios.
-Support user acceptance testing by preparing test packs, guiding end users through test execution, and collecting sign-off evidence.
-Produce QA status reports and release readiness summaries, recommending go/no-go decisions based on test results, risks, and coverage.
