Software tester Job

Develop and maintain detailed software testing plans tailored to enterprise applications and large-scale information systems.

Configure and prepare software environments and operating systems required for testing activities.

Execute tests on business-critical software applications and IT systems, then analyze and document test results.

Establish and implement testing procedures, guidelines, and scripts to ensure consistency and quality across projects.

Identify, document, track, and recommend solutions for defects or performance issues in software products.

Test SQL scripts in various databases. Strong SQL mandatory.

Work conditions:

This position allows for remote work within Canada.

The candidate must be legally entitled to work in Canada at the time of application (Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or holder of valid work authorization).

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Knowledge of programming languages, databases, or automated testing tools is an asset but not mandatory.
