Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Software Tester to join our product and engineering team. The ideal candidate is passionate about product quality, has strong communication skills, and is able to collaborate effectively with developers, product managers, and stakeholders in a fast-paced technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, document, and oversee comprehensive software testing plans and strategies for all project and release testing, including integration testing, business acceptance testing (UAT), performance testing, operability testing, and deployment verification, using risk-based testing methodologies aligned with the project’s development approach.
Execute and document software application test results, including test planning, test execution, defect identification, tracking, reporting, and resolution, ensuring accurate and detailed QA documentation and test metrics throughout the software development lifecycle.
Develop, implement, and manage software and information system testing policies, procedures, and QA operational processes, ensuring that quality assurance activities are fully integrated into technology delivery practices and organizational standards.
Communicate and manage scope changes that may impact testing activities, assess testing risks, and adjust test plans and schedules accordingly to support timely and high-quality software releases.
Chair and oversee regular defect status and quality review meetings, ensuring effective defect tracking, documentation, reporting, and resolution through the use of testing metrics and quality indicators.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
